Welcome y’all

See that smile on my face? It's real.
I love the work I do & the people I work with.
I am excited to help our community heal & guide you to wellness that works for YOU.
Daily life wears us down, and we wear ourselves down, especially in south Louisiana where we live HARD.
If your priority is to create a life that feels fulfilling, adventurous, loving, & WELL— but you're exhausted and overstimulated by the noise-the demands, rules, how-tos, choices, and strategies.
That’s where I come in, to help you find a dynamic that works for you. Enjoy your lifestyle AND move closer to your goals. We uncover where you want change, find solutions, and get results, all while supporting your being as a whole.

Why Choose Me?
Connecting with and caring for the whole you as a complex human being is my priority.
I have trained in structural myofascial integration, kinesiotaping, functional massage, cupping, & movement therapies. Most importantly, you deserve an experience that feels safe for you to come exactly as you are. We start with your nervous system in order for your body to receive the deeper work.
Combining these modalities to create an integrated massage experience,
I design each care plan to fit YOUR needs, because we all reach our wellness goals in different ways.
Mission
The Mission: Meet you where you are, use the resources we have, to create wellness and change in its fullest capacity.
I help you tap into what's buried under all the noise and treat the whole body (not just physical pain), incorporating neuroscience, structural integration, and education.
You have many excellent choices for wellness in this city, so I'm grateful we have found each other!

“Stress is basically a disconnection from the earth, a forgetting of the breath. Stress is an ignorant state. It believes that everything is an emergency. Nothing is that important. Just lie down.”
